Stone Meadow Gardens accommodates up to 200 guests for weddings May through November. Guests are free to stroll the gardens while you are taking photos and during the cocktail hour and reception.
SATURDAY WEDDINGS
$8,000
- We give our Saturday weddings both Friday and Saturday to set up.
- Most couples have their ceremony here. There is no extra charge.
- You can be here anytime on Saturday from 9:00 AM through 11:00 PM.
- We give you 5.5 hours for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
- If you get married offsite, then we allow 5 hours for your cocktail hour and reception. You can of course come here early for your wedding photos.
- Our weddings end at 10:00 PM, including music and bar.
- You can pick up most of your belongings the next morning by 11:00 AM, we handle all the clean-up and gathering of decor.
- We include custom made farm tables and cross back chairs for up to 200 guests.
- We also include 5 – Cocktail tables, and use of our antique industrial tables, bars and carts.
- Our Terra Cotta Room and Chapel (in the event of rain)
- Our outdoor ceremony space (also indoor options)
SUNDAY WEDDINGS
$6,500
- Your day can start at 9:00 AM on Sunday for set up, including vendors.
- We give you 5.5 hours for your ceremony and reception.
- Our weddings end at 9:30 PM on Sundays, except for holiday weekends when we end at 10:00 PM
- You can rehearse either Friday at 7:00 PM, or Saturday morning at 10:00 AM.
- You can pick up most of your belongings the next morning by 11:00 AM, we handle the clean-up and gathering of decor.
- We include custom made farm tables and cross back chairs for up to 200 quests.
- We also include 5 – Cocktail tables, and use of our antique industrial tables, bars and carts.
